Is this hurting my credit?

I paid off this account before filing for bankruptcy in 2009. It is flagged as a negative on my account, on TU it just states that I filed BK-7 and on EQ (shown below) it states BK and closed by creditor. They closed it after I filed for BK even though it was paid off. So I am just wondering is it hurting my credit score, if so what should I do about it?

Yes, since it has the IIB notation it is hurting you. Have you tried disputing it as PAID and not IIB?

Nope havent yet. Is it better to do that or contact the CC company asking them to change it?

Either or.. I would start by disputing it with the CRA though.
