My complaint worked! Filed with the CFPB and submitted a copy of the paid receipt that stated "due to age of the debt, we will not sue you for the debt nor report it to the credit reporting agencies."
I filed on 6/9 and today I received a response stating " based on the correspondance sent to you and to resolve this matter, we have removed our tradeline from the reporting agencies"
Hopefully this pushed me into the 700's. I've been teetering around 670-690 for a long time.
