Back in Oct 2011 my Fico score was 495. I started to clean up my reports. Sued a few debt collectors and still in the process with two class action lawsuits. Paid off old debt, kept my util at 4% every month. Today my Fico's are per lender pull from my mortgage underwriter are TU-796 EQ-790 and EX-785
Would like to give a big thanks to Guiness56, Shogun, llecs, RobertEG and everyone else on the myFICO forums that has given me advise and helped me along the way since signing up on Oct 12' I will thank my lawyer later lol.
