Portfolio Recovery is suing me, they provided a "Bill Of Sale" that states in the body, "Without Representations or Warranties", it does not reference me in the Bill Of Sale nor the account number, nor is Bank Of America the original creditor, any thoughts on going into a Pre Trial conference with this? Need help,
