I just sent out GW letters for a 90 days late for Orchard Bank from 2007 and a 30 days late for BBRZMC from 2008. The Orchard Bank late occurred back before I learned to be responsible about credit and the BBRZMC late is from a botched online payment that I didn't catch until it was too late. I don't know if anyone has had success getting GW from HSBC Card Services, but I figured it was worth a shot. I really hope this works.
