Just a quick update...After filing my complaint with the BBB, LVNV agreed to close the account that they held on me and have it removed from my CRs!! I know that a lot of people can't shake these fools, but I'm here to say that it is very doable!  Go get em!!

I submitted a BBB complaint on 3 April on LVNV. Haven't heard anything since.

I believe mine took somewhere around 10-11 days to get a response.  My balance was less than $200, so I'm not sure if that has anything to do with their decision.  Hang in there!
