Last time I'm gonna ask, I swear

Okay, I have two Medical Collections that are past SOL.  What letter do I send first, and to who.  Do I DV the CRA or the CA?  If they validate, do I pay and then send Hippa to OC?  This confuses me so bad.  But I am determined to mail these letters off today.  Thanks in advance (again)

Thank you!  I'm going to DV all CRA's today to verify balance.  Next, I'll pay OC and HIPPA them.  I know that these OC's will accept payments because they need every dime that they can get.  Very small town.  Most of these are from them not filing insurance (they said they would) because I have never had a $50 co-pay for an office visit, and that is what these are for.
