Late payment questions

I have several late payments through Ally financial

I was checking my payment history and it shows some of there were 15 days late and after reading some of the threads on here I read that they cannot report late unless the payment is actually 30 days late.. is this correct? and if so, how do I get these adjusted?

true a 30 day late can only be reported if it in fact was 30 or more days late. A Section 623 dispute with the creditor should take care of it.

Could you explain to me what exactly that is and how I got about doing it

As far as I know, it's 30 days.
