Hello. I have a credit card thru my bank. Back in feb. I had a 30 day late. Went there and asked them would they remove it since it was my first. They agreed, refunded the late charge to my card and said that they would contact the credit bereus....Sure enough when I checked my report a couple of weeks later it was gone and my score went up. Problem is when I checked my report recently the 30 day late from feb. was there again and my score went down!....How should this be handled? I went to my bank and they said that nothing had been changed on there part!
