Les Schwab.. progress???

So, I emailed the CEO of Les Schwab requesting PFD. He replied that he was out of town but would get someone to follow up for me.

Yesterday I get an email from the regional director who basically went on and on about how they tried to contact my husband and blah blah then the last paragraph he says, " we can not agree to delete from the CRA's but if you pay in full we may be able to revisit the idea."

Soo, what do you think? Pay it and gamble the delete??

Re: Les Schwab.. progress???

Well, that's kind of a tossup question.  I do like to pay accounts, even if they're settled, so they don't pop up again.  How much is it for?   Of course it's a gamble, but I'd probably go ahead with it, if they don't, I'd slam his email accounts with GWs.

It's only for 600 dollars. I figured like you, pay it then email email email to get it deleted..

I'll going to pay it tomorrow and see if I can get them to agree to delete in the next few days... I'll keep you updated.

Re: Les Schwab.. progress???

Are they going to pull it back from the CA, then? If I recall, it was Action...if it's the same CA that I'm dealing with, they're a pain. I'd say pay it if it'll get them off your back.

Re: Les Schwab.. progress???

I'm not sure what they are going to do, on the CR's they show a balance and so does the CA. So, I'm hoping after I pay I can get them to pull and delete it.
