Letter sent to NCO - to person named in threads

I sent a GW letter to Mike Barrist the person for NCO.  I assume he forwarded it to Anna (I think is her name), and she sent me a lengthly letter stating that they do not remove collections from people's credit reports.  I remember reading in some threads that other people have had it taken off their CA's. What would be my next step then?
