Listing of Licensed CAs - SC

I've been trying to locate a listing of all CAs in SC that are properly licensed to do business in this area.  Where can I find this information?  I looked on the SC Labor & Licensing site and even did a search to no avail.

Thanks for your help.

Re: Listing of Licensed CAs - SC

I couldn't find a link yet, but you might contact your attorney general.

They are only required a license if they have an instate agency according to one website I read.

Re: Listing of Licensed CAs - SC

I don't think SC requires licensing info for CAs. Did find this pdf on their take on debt collection:

I searched but didn't find anything concrete. Try Title 37 Chp 5 or 6 in your laws. My head is spinning. There is a SC law called the Unconscionable Debt Collection Practices Act, but found no reference in the statutes, but is referenced in the link above.

Thanks a bunch for your help!

From what I can gather, they only have to be bonded, not licensed.
