hey guiness, do you by chance have NC breakdown of SOL all ive seen is 3 yrs for everything is that correct?

I appreciate the breakdown. Like I said I'm leaning towards leaving soon to be dismissed tiems alone as it's probably best to do. As for the rest I'm too honest to dispute as a "not mine" when I know they are, however there are a few things listed that I am unsure of. I'm thinking the better option will be to settle with those accounts or leave them alone and let them drop as well.

 

I'm sure I will have alot more questions as well.

3 years for everything except promissory notes which is 5.

A written contract is generally signed by both the borrower and lender whereas a promissory not is only signed by the borrower.

 

Mortgages are typically promisorry, auto loans written contracts.

@OP yes id leave the old ones to fall off, for sure, The sleeping giants im not too sure about, but dont awake them unless you have read a lot on this site to prepare battle. Know what you would potentially be getting into, the ins and outs. Some of the lesser expensive ones read about PFD, ive read some success and some not so much depends really.
