META Bank removed and put back on by Jefferson Capital Systems

META was showing up on TU only.  Not my account.  I disputed and it was removed. 

Today pull up TC and there is Jefferson Capital Systems on both TU and EQ.  I have never received a letter from Jeff Cap Sys about META.  

And why does EQ list every account as 120 days late.  That is killing my score.

Okay...I have letter in hand from TU on 10/06/08 where they deleted META.

Now since TU deleted META can Jeff Cap Sys put META back on?

Sure they can - they can claim to have received this new.

I would DV Jeff Cap immediately - if within 5 days from their reporting to the CRA you have not received a dunning letter per FDCPA 809 from Jeff Cap, I would also send them an ITS letter and be ready to take them to Small Court for it.
