I just had a collection from Midwest recovery that says removed from my Transunion but I still see it on Equifax.

Any idea why it would still be on one but not the other?

Not all CRAs do things at the speed another does, it can take up to 2 weeks for all to show removals. Give it some more time.

Also for future reference, not all creditors report to all 3 bureaus. Generally they do, but not always.
