Macy's still reporting?

Years ago, hubby had a Macy's card........over 7 years later it is still showing on hubbys cr. It is passed the reporting limit. It is showing as:
Closed
Amount passed due $82
Scheduled payment amount $15


We disputed with the CRA and Macys verified.....should I send the OC letter?
I am very surprised that this has not been CO or handed over to a CA, after all these years. Any suggestions?

If they have not passed it on to a CA, I would try a PFD with them for full amount.

IMO, Macys is a good store card to have - it will grow with you.

I"d call them and ask if they'd reinstate your card or issue a new card if you cleared this up.
