Medical Collection Question

I have 1 paid medical collection I'd like to get rid of. It is with Keybridge. I have sent out GW Letters with no response. Do I send a HIPPA letter with insert B to the Radiologist office or to the CA? Please help!

who did you pay...the OC....or the CA???...I think you can only use the Hipaa insert....if you paid the OC...not the CA...if so...all you can do is...GW the CA...or call the OC..and ask if they could pull the account out of collections...since you PIF...

Who is the CA???...I would call the OC...and see if they would be willing to pull the account out of collections...since you PIF...if they tell you...you have to deal with the CA....send the CA GW letters...for removal...
