Use HIPAA Letters 1 & 2 if you are beginning the HIPAA letter process.
If you have a paid collection still being reported after writing both letters 1 & 2, and 15 days has elapsed since the OC has received letter #2, then write letters 3 & 4 below.
Though I am the one posting this, I have to let everyone know that HappyDays has been a great help, and he was the one who first posted the HIPAA letters 1 & 2 post. So, a HUGE shout out to him! Good luck to all!
