Midland Funding showing "Account in dispute by Fair Credit Billing Act"

They're still showing on my report but with no status.  I did a dispute with them a few months back.  What are my next steps?  Should I contact them in regards to a PFD? Should I send a VD letter? THANKS GUYS!

Thanks Mishwatson!  Do you know if there are contacts via email? Or should I send out an actual letter via Postal?
