Have a few with them but their 2 year mark is approaching but know not a guarantee since unpaid. Their website gives the whole we help consumers thing but do they stop reporting and drop off after 2 years of DOLD or their acquired date? Playing with credit karma and they only show their acquisition date of course. Thanks
If their paid, Midland will delete after 2 years. Unpaid they won't delete.
The two years is from the DoFD of the account they are collecting for. Not when they started collections. Check your reports and look for the date of the first late that led to a CO or closure by creditor. Add 2 yrs. They will delete.

This, but with one clarification: they'll delete as long as it's been 2 years since DOFD, which @FireMedic1 explained how to find that above. The way it's presented in the quote above makes it seem like there's always going to be 2 year wait after payment before they'll delete, which isn't exactly the case. If it's already been 2 years since DOFD, upon payment/settlement in full and clearance of funds, Midland will immediately send a request for deletion to the bureaus.
