I was preapproved for my first home mortgage today!!!!!!
In the past 4 months I've paid down credit cards, stayed current on my accounts, emailed CEO's, PFD an old charge off and disputed items on my CR due to errors. After all the hard work and patience, I finally was preapproved for my first mortgage and look to buying a home for my family 
Wouldn't have been able to do it without everyone's input along the way and past experiences.
I'm continue to build my credit and looking forward to making it to the 700 club by the end of the year.
