Minor victory?

After several GW denials to remove lates on a student loan that I am now in rehab with I finally got them to agree to remove the "claim file w/govt" payment status.  I asked if it can be updated to "closed/pays as agreed" but they didn't specify if they will or not, just that it would be removed.  Does that even do anything? LOL.  The loan won't return to them after rehab so I am stuck with the negs until it falls off.  I am grasping at straws here.

Re: Minor victory?

Pays as agrees connotes that the consumer is currently meeting terms of their account agreement.

Meeting agreed terms to repay a delinquent debt does not mean the account is no longer delinquent.

That happens when the delinquency is fully satisfied.
