Hi. I love this thread and just wanted to come show my support and give some encouragement!
Also, I don't know if you do this or not but what really helped motivate me in paying off my cards (and keeping them paid off), is linking them to my bank so I can see the line of $0 balances as they come through. At the end of the day, it's just a mental game I play with myself but it has helped me see that (for me, anyway) it's better to knock out a whole card at once so that I don't have to worry about it anymore.
Keep it up! You will get there. Owning a home is great but like others have said, something WILL come up and it will be even greater to not have to worry about paying for an emergency on top of all the debt.

Yes, keep updating.....rooting for you and ds!
Awww Thanks everyone!!
The builder's sales and finance reps keep calling with different options.
I am scheduled to talk to the finance rep today...I am going to tell her "no thank you" once again.
The townhouse purchase price is 307,500 and I am not totally in love with it.
The sales rep said that he could push the settlement date back a few months...um, no.
It feels like they will do ANYTHING to get a sale. I chalk the $3000 EMD as a loss at this point.
On a positive note, the finance rep shared the simulator with me and that was awesome to see exactly what steps I needed to take to increase my score within a month or so....pretty neat to see that my paydown plan is on the right track.
I couldn't find the debt free app for android (yes, I an android girl).
I did update my debt reduction spreadsheet replacing the 0 balances and updating the start date.
Check it out, it looks paying EVERYTHING off would take 18 months.
I plan to apply for mortgage loans as soon as the following criteria is met:
Check this app out. It’s better than the other one anyway.

Keep up the the amazing work, you’re killing it!
Checking in...so, the good news is that I see I got my silver spade..YAY!! I noticed that my 30-day late turned 6 months in March and my payment history fair to good on all three reports. I decided to remove the accounts that have been paid in full so I can see the progress; a shorter list seems better. I also removed the "planned" pay off months just in case I pay them off sooner.

Got a few alerts today, my TU score is up a few points....also, I am making a go/no-go decision on the townhouse purchase.
I am working to get more of these debts down to make up the difference in housing payment.

Thanks @HighAchiever. I decided to go for the home purchase....I am scheduled to close in August, so most of my "pay down" cash has gone to the house fund. Good news is that I haven't acquired any new debt and as soon as I close, I will go back to my pay down plan. My
30-day late (NFCU Visa) has its first birthday in August 2019. Also, I haven't heard anything in a while from the collection agency that refused to delete the paid collections.
