7 out of 9 and possibly 9 out of 11 ain't bad at all. I would keep sending GW to Cap One and Navient. Maybe try to talk to someone at Cap One EO and give them the sob story. What positive TLs do you have?

My positives include a Sallie Mae student loan ($6500), personal loan ($1500), First Premier MC ($400), Auto Loan ($14000)...all paid one time. Navient lists a single 30-day derog from 2011. Cap One Secured Visa ($300) lists a 30-day and a 60-day from 2013. Since then, all payments have been on time.

Could you please send me the contact info for accelerated financial?
If you don't mind me asking, what were they like to deal with?
I ended up sending two DV's to AFS. The first one went to a PO Box listed on the CR. The letter was returned as undelivered since, I'm guessing, the PO Box was no longer valid. So I googled the current address for AFS, and sent a new letter to that address. A week later, I got a canned response advising that the TL would be deleted. Three days later, I got a CreditKarma alert saying that the TL was deleted. Lo and behold, it was gone. Never talked to a single soul on the phone.
Would you mind posting what your DV letter was?
Congrats on all the progress!
