My GW letter paid off. My auto loan finance company removed every single late from 2009-present!!!! Score Alert just notified me of the score increase. You guys are the best and continue to sustain and inspire me. Thanks for all of the advice! I am truly in awe of the forum.

Thanks! @ denver133 What's the letter say? They can't delete? I waited until I made my last car payment to request deletion. Have you paid off your car?
@ chevyman -- too many to count! LOL I would have to pull out my CR to add em up from 09-13. Its really bad. I had a really bad pattern of lates.
I still owe $20K on my car. LOL I send them a new letter each month telling them I understand it is not usual practice to delete, yet they have done it for many of their other customers. Its just a part of the uphill battle and more letters will continue to go out. In fact, I always get a letter back saying "my letter has been received and a response will follow shortly". But since my last letter on the 6th of this month, I haven't gotten that yet. Hopefully this means lates are being removed. Or they have decided to stop responding.
