Hello Everyone, today I got a reply from ARS Account Resolution Services of the HIPPA process. They provided me a letter of there own but no contractual agreement with OC. They also provided me a "Health Insurance Claim Form", with just my name, address, a doctors name, date of service, no signature just "SIGNATURE ON FILE", info of OC and the hospital.

1- Is that the correct way to verify the HIPPA?

2- Do I now continue with the next step of sending check or money order to OC?

This account does not have any "Negative Indicator" and it's not under the "Collection" section based on MyFICO credit report. Does that mean I can just pay them in full so it won't go any further in affecting my credit, as of now it show as been 120 days late?

Contacted MCM Inc. by email, and offered them a PFD of the FULL amount (1:33PM Eastern). Got a respond back, to please call the office to address my concern (4:56PM Eastern).

NOTE: By the look of it, my credit is going back up.

Contacted MCM Inc, by phone and told me that they couldn't help me by phone to send my request by mail.

NOTE: Submitted application for a WellsFargo secured cards.

Today I received a letter from Midland  Credit Management (MCM) that reads, "based on the information provided to us, we have instructed the three major credit reporting agencies to delete the above referenced MCM account from your credit file". 

NOTE: I am extremely excited. It only took 1 week after they received my letter to get this trade line removed and to make things even better, it didnt have to pay them anything, say goodbye to a $454 account.

SCORE UPDATE:

Ex PLUS Score has gone up from 598 to 637

yesterday i pulled my report and have notice midland credit management is out and another collection that i hadb extremely happy but didnt see any change on my score. let see if in a month a see increase on the score.
