Have had great success and learned much on the boards over my time here. Have gotten a new house with an incredible interest rate. Got my cars refinance, one paid off and the other at 3.9% which will be paid off in a year. Scores are hovering around 700 with one little pesky Portfolio paid collections that I'm not giving up on. These scores are without a single revolving account. Waiting on first cc to post in a couple weeks with a 4% utility. Hopefully this will put me up over the 700 limit. Just going to apply for a couple more and let everything grow. myFICO has done wonders for me and my family and I'm committed to helping others to achieve success. God bless and good luck.
