I paid off a cap 1 CO that was over limit and reporting every month
Paid off 1 CO student loan- this was my last paid CO resulting in no more past due giving me +12 EX and +20 EQ.
I paid down cc to 22%
Opened new cc to have 3 cc total
Hit milestone of 2 yrs since last neg.
No success with goodwill on lates
To do: AZEO still needed for more growth and 1 closed cc still has bal. to be paid.

Got 2 new cc for a total of 3.
Hit milestone of 2 yrs since Last neg.
Time to set a new goal after we buy house next year!

So excited. My wife got the 2 additional cc apps for the magic 3. They hit the EQ and EX today and she is now in the 700 club

They were not removed . Balance just shows 0 when paid and comment says paid, was charge off. Not having past due reporting each month helps now as well as 3 open revolvers and an installment
