There's a collection account on all three of my credit reports from 2013. Now I paid it off but I want to have I removed from my reports. Is this realistic or do I just have to wait until it falls off? Thx.

Once it updates to paid you begin a GW letter campaign to the office of the CEO asking that it be removed. Good luck.
