NCO Financial....Help!!!

I have some very small collections $65 and $75 from NCO financial. I was hoping to PFD them. I have their mailing addresses, but wanted to hit them with Fax and E-mail versions as well..I figure for something as small as these..they may be willing if I get them hard enough. Would anyone who has been successful PM me the info they used? It would be greatly appreciated
