I had a loan through a cash advance place I paid off Feb 2019. The only proof I have is on thier website it states $0 due and not past due. Like all my other loans through them when I paid it off I didn't get any receipts since this was all done online so now I'm stuck. NCA refused to remove it from my credit reports the proof of the debt they're sending are documents signed online which show a promise to pay and that they called the company who claims they were not paid which is inaccurate. What can I do here? I've seen NCA screenshots from the companies website which states not past due for any of my loans and $0 balance.
