Navy Federal Fico 9 score

Hi, it's me again

I was able to get my credit score from Navy Federal Credit Union.  Its the free one you get monthly with the credit card statement (on the app).  My score is a 649.

Is this a true Fico or a Fake score?

They use Fico 9 Equifax. 

Praying its a true score.
