Need 6 points...I think...

Ok, our lender says I need 6 more to get a 640 midscore...But I think there is more to it than that. I currently have a 639EX,634EQ,608 TU. But if I somehow get the 6 points on my mid, the 634, won't that make 639 my mid score? So I have to increase EX AND EQ right?

ugh..I know!! My lender is confident I will get there in 45-60 days. I don't have anymore revolving debt to pay down. Just old baddies. I've sent a few more GWs including an old medicalcollection so hopefully one of them will respond!

So the medical collection company is going to delete my collection! Unfortunately, it is not the last baddie so I don't expect much of a score increase. But small successes add up to big successes! I am praying that aging chargeoffs and increasing my AAofA will squeeze the last few points I need outof my score. I have about 5 weeks until projected closing and the builder will extend closing 45 days if I don't get to 640 by then.

So I posted this 12 days ago AND...... I have a 645 on Equifax!! I only needed one point on EX, and I had 2 collections removed so it's feasible. So. Freaking. Excited.
