I am in the same situation now, I got a notification that I have an unpaid bill in collections but it was only 35usd and I am sad to know that even if I pay it off, its going to stay on the CRs for 7 years. 

My CR is in an excellent condition if that collection can be removed. Can someone pls PM me the info that others in this thread have also requested. I would really appreciate your help.

Promotion of the "HIPAA Method" for TL removal is not permitted on our open Forums.   Furthermore, PMs are also subject to our Forum TOS; PMs cannot be used to circumvent our Forum Guidelines.   For paid collections of any type, the recommended method on the Forums would be GW requests for removal. Any questions on the "HIPAA Method" can be resolved through an internet search.
