hello I have a account that was open fraud when I was in the hospital for kidney failure.. the bank is US Bank the balance is $2788
i dispute it with Experian I file a police report and they blocked it .. 30 days later it came back on my credit report .. I then I disputed with US Bank I sent them proof that I was in the hospital when it was open . It was even use when I was in the hospital.. I was denied because they said I could had applied when I was in the hospital and it was use around my area where I live ..
what should I do next ? the credit limit was only $1000 but the balance is $2788.. this the only negative item on my report it's hurting my credit score right now ie 600 .. it was open in 2019 .. I this had my kidney transplant in oct of 2021 . I'm trying to move on with my life
any advice will be helpful
