Need to be able to see "softs"

I really need to be able to see my softs, I know there are ways and was told that with Equifax Complete Premier you can but either I'm not seeing them there or it actually doesn't exist with that product.

 

Any other suggestions?

On annualcreditreport.com, when you run those reports, you see all the softs there.
