Tried GW and tried calling and they refuse to adjust the 90 day late on the multiple intallment loans I have listed on my credit report.

Help! Anyone have success or contacts that may be able to help?

So are you saying if they backdated a forbearance, they won't remove the late within that backdating?

There is a student loan ombudsman. Google it and they can maybe help you. There may be a similar position within Nelnet.
