Next steps on getting creditors to report?

Okay so I'm helping my sister with her credit while working on mine as well (because I'm an addict and there's not much left I can do with mine).

Anyway, we both have creditors not reporting on our reports. Here's the background:

Her: Citi Auto not reporting on EX.

Called 3/6 - they said they would send a letter 3/17

Called 4/3 - they said they would report to the CRAs

Today 5/15 - still not reporting

Me: Sears not reporting on TU and EQ (12 years old, perfect history)

Called 4/3 - they said they would update CRAs

Today 5/15 - still not reporting

Suggestions??

I am interested in this as well. My thought would be to contact the CRA directly and see what they suggest... or just keep calling the companies EVERY week til they show up... they may get annoyed enough to actually do it! :-)

There is really nothing you can do to make them report. Reporting is not mandatory.

All you can do is continue to ask them, maybe complain to the higher ups.
