i had a vehicle reposessed by Nissan and they are reporting twice with two sep. account numbers. Can they do this?

No, only one account can be reported, I would challenge the second entry as it has the worst entries, be advised though this is still inside states SOL so be aware they can still obtain a judgment... For states SOL an auto loan is a written contract.
SOL is why I am worried. I suppose I will call Nissan and see if I can have the problem resolved.
