I am curious how to find out what my date of first delinquency is or my fall off date is if the credit report does not show either?
I have a few items on my credit experian report that have no DOFD or fall off date and I am positive it is soon. How do I find that out and make sure it does not go past the time?
Pull your full reports from annualcreditreport.com.

That is where I am getting the information. They only report on experian and there is no DOFD or fall of date
In that case you could call EX or request a paper report. I believe the hard copies include that, or at least the "on record until" date which if you subtract 7 years from it, gives you your DOFD.

Look for the first 30 day late that led to the CO. Usually 30, 60, 90, 120, CO. The CO month/year is the DoFD.

To get the DOFD, yes. The "on record until" date is the projected date when the item will fall off in the future. Whatever date it says in the future, count back 7 years from it to get the initial DOFD. You can't always just go by the payment history being reported, as there can be inaccuracies on it.
