No info on delinquent account

My Equifax report has a delinquent charge listed with no information included.  Does anyone know how to locate a collector/collections agency?  What is the best way to get it removed if its something I am not responsible for?

Where are you looking at your reports from?

Try getting a report directly from the CRA if that one isn't.

You can try calling the CRA and asking about the account, just make sure they understand that you are calling for more information, not to dispute it.
