Non-Dispute Letter for PFD

I had CBA send me an email agreeing for a PFD. I made a payment for the amount agreed upon, they have sent me an emai with an attachment of a Non Dispute letter. Asking for me to sign this and then they will send me a final email with the PFD letter that they will be sending to all 3 CRA. Is it a good idea to sign this?

I would request a copy of the PFD letter before signing so you have it in writing.

Wouldn't the emails between myself and the collections supervisor be considered written communication? The Non-Dispute is saying I won't dispute the charge to my debit card.

One CA asked me for the same thing. I put in writing I wouldnt dispute and it was deleted in a week
