LOL! Sure, I can share it with you. I think the more important point is that it got to the right person. I mailed the same letter several times. The AllianceData people were real creeps! I emailed them and nothing. In the end, Comenity came through for me. FYI -- I had no idea before the forum but AllianceData must be a clearinghouse or servicer for Comenity. I think they provide data to CRAs on behalf of Comenity. Don't quote me on that...Skip the middle man deal directly with Comenity. I mailed my letters to every PO Box on their website.

I had success by mailing my letters to every PO Box on their website. There is one that says for bankruptcy matters. Don't use that one...Keep in mind they said "no" several times...I kept sending them anyway.

When I did GW with LVNV, I did mention Cap One deleting the original TL in my letter. I don't know if it bore any influence either way when LVNV ultimately decided to delete their TL, so I wouldn't say if necessarily gives any more leverage.

this is encouraging. I have a charge off with them from 2011 that I paid in full directly to comenity- no CA involved- so I just drafted up my heartfelt GW letter asking for the same options you did- I was laid off from my job, disabled daughter with no insurance... it was a very dark time in life. Hoping for good results like you! Thanks for sharing!
