Some of you may remember my post about my GW campaign to San Mateo County for a traffic violation. I was turned down 3 times, the last time by the Treasurer who replied that it was illegal to delete. I have been cooling my heels and working on my next letter where I gently explain about it's NOT being illegal to delete but hadn't sent it yet. Well, I got a call from someone in San Mateo Revenue office, bless her soul, who said she was deleting!!! Huzzah! Oh Frabjous day!!
