Assuming you have sent them a letter and they refused to remove it yet, open a new CC with CapOne, after they give you a CLI then contact them with GW, etc.. to have the old accounts removed!
Of course each case is circumstantial, but with CapOne offering CS and tips about credit improvement you may have success in your case!
