Oh no! Bizarre score watch phone number added

I got a PFD last week and called AMEX after researching on these forums. This morning I wake up to an score watch alert email. New phone number posted to my account but I didnt recognize it. So I called it.

When someone answered I asked who it was and some lady said "this is the ******** (same last name as mine) residence in ******** (city I live)"

I would contact CRA that phone number is reporting on to find out how it got put on your report to begin with.  I'd also watch all three reports very closely every day and consider freezing them.  Maybe I'm on the paranoid side, but I'd be worried that something other than just their phone number made it to your report.

I hadnt even looked at that angle, I was just feeling bad that maybe someone was going to get calls for my old obligations.  All of my baddies are falling off this year, and SOL was up last year, so.....  anyways, will I get dinged for disputing a phone number?  Also, if I just ask them who reported that number on there, will they tell me?
