Well, I am down to 2 collections from 18.
Lots of duplicate entries and some of them were my moms so those were easy to remove.
I have had a car for 8 months ontime payments
A Secured Loan and a Credit Card from First Premier.
I think being down to the last two collections did it though.
I am so HAPPY! and that is my FICO score.... 
BEEN WAITING FOR MONTHS for an increase. I am so so so so happy....................
