Old deliquent account removal

I wanted to know how long a creditor can report a account which was deliquent. Is it from date of 1st deliquency or date of last activity? Which means if I spoke with them in 2003 they are reporting that as activity. Thank You

Accounts can remain on your CR for 7.5 years from DOFD.

Specifically the Date of First Delinquency that led to the [charge-off, collection, etc]. When you missed a payment and never got caught up.

Re: Old deliquent account removal

A CA cannot legally re-age an account just on the basis of a conversation or other contact. The only way an account could be re-aged is if you made a payment, or engaged in a written agreement to repay.
