Re: On my way to getting a house now this - Please help ENHANCED RECOVERY

Is it true if they set a TERM.. It's a violation since there was no term agreed upon?

BK: 7 filed 3/31/12 - Discharged 6/27/12
Made some poor choices and life snowballed
BK: 13 filed 7/29/16 - on a 36th month time out
No CC - No Loans - Student Loans all current.

Re: On my way to getting a house now this - Please help ENHANCED RECOVERY

I was able to find out who was the OC, it was for ATT internet from 2005, I'm in Texas can I send them a DV and can someone PM a sample of this/

Also like someone asked before, can they report a month term,??

I hope I get some good advice. My bank already run the credit and did not mention the collection.

Ditto to the PFD. Or if you have time, wait for it to drop. If it was a CO from 2005, then it'll drop soon anyway.

Third-party reporting, like what was posted by OP, is often inaccurate. For more details, pull from the CRAs directly or annualcreditereport.

I think the statue of limitations would have expired inyour state.  This sounds like a re-aged debt which can be disputed and removed from your report.  I had to enlist the help of a credit repair company to take care of the problem, but they were able to do it.

Re: On my way to getting a house now this - Please help ENHANCED RECOVERY

Here is the report from Experian, no mention of OC.  I was able to find the OC cause I was about to dispute with Experian and then it shows ATT as the OC. I had ATT internet back in 2005 and ATT cell back in 1999 so not sure what this about. Should I complain to BBB , disputing to the credit bureus might cause a dispute remark to show on my reports which  is not good under a mortgage process so I found out., Smiley Happy

Re: On my way to getting a house now this - Please help ENHANCED RECOVERY

Have you received a dunning notice from Enhanced Recovery?  I noticed on June 1 they reported on my CR's for a collection also to AT&T for $139.  I waited 2 weeks to give them time to send the dunning notice.  My understanding is that a dunning notice is supposed to be sent within 5 days of initiating collection activity and I think it has been ruled that CR reporting is considered collection activity.  I sent them a DV letter.  It should be considered timely since no dunning notice has been sent and I also filed a BBB complaint.  Within 2 days of filing the BBB complaint, I got a response from Enhanced Recovery saying they were going to delete and sent me the confirmation number.  I also had another account from Enhanced Recovery deleted last week from my CR although I don't know why.  This was before my DV letter and BBB complaint and was a different account.  If you did not receive a dunning notice, you might want to try a BBB complaint.
