I just received an alert that a new collection account has been added to my report. But it's a collection account that is already being reported by another collectoin agency. Which one should I contact to pay this one in full? Then, how do I get the other reporting account removed?

I would send the newest CA a PFD offer. For the first CA that is still reporting I would dispute with the CRAs on this one on grounds "this CA no longer has authority to collect". Per the CRA Manual any CA that doesnt have collection authority must remove their entry, its done this way to keep things orderly on ones report.
